CANADIAN JOURNAL OF APPLIED LINGUISTICS (CJAL)
The Canadian Journal of Applied Linguistics is a bilingual, open-access scholarly and professional journal that publishes original empirical research (using a methodological framework that includes quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods), theoretical articles, essays, and literature reviews. The CJAL publishes texts in English or French on an ongoing basis. Normally, between 8 and 12 articles and reviews are compiled to create one issue of the Journal per year. Occasionally, a special issue on a particular theme may appear.
All issues, including back issues, can be accessed on the RCLA's Open Journal Systems (OJS) website.
The Journal is affiliated with the ACLA. The Advisory Committee is composed of the Executive Board and other members of the ACLA.
