CANADIAN JOURNAL OF APPLIED LINGUISTICS (CJAL)
The Canadian Journal of Applied Linguistics (CJAL) is a bilingual, open-access scholarly and professional journal that publishes original empirical research (conducted within a methodological framework involving quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods), theoretical articles, essays, and literature reviews. CJAL publishes papers in either English or French.
Typically, 15 to 20 articles, along with book reviews, are compiled to produce three issues per year. A special issue on a specific theme is published annually.

All issues, including back issues, are accessible via the CJAL Open Journal Systems (OJS) website.
The Journal is affiliated with the CAAL.
The advisory committee consists of the Executive Committee and other CAAL members.
